This Privacy Policy explains how Insportia ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use insportia.org, our Telegram channels and paid plans (the "Service"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Data you give us. When you contact us or subscribe, we may receive your name, Telegram username, email address and the content of your messages.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by independent payment providers. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation of payment, the plan purchased and a transaction reference.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, used for security and basic analytics.
- Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use data
- To provide the Service, manage subscriptions and grant channel access;
- To answer your questions and provide support;
- To run the monthly giveaway and contact winners;
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

9. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party platforms
Telegram and any payment provider process your data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. Sports fixture data displayed on the site is retrieved from public third-party sources and involves no personal data of yours.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on our Telegram channel.
